FAST & MALTAIS HIGH PERFORMANCE HOCKEY CAMP 9AM - 1PM Daily ● 1.5 hours daily of on-ice skill training with Olympians and current PWHL Toronto players Renata Fast & Emma Maltais ● 2 days of focused Forward specific & Defence specific work (on-ice skills and off-ice position specific video analysis) ● Goaltending instruction from founder of EJ’s Army - Elijah Milne-Price ● Off-ice Sport Mental Performance workshop & NCAA/USport recruit pathway discussion ● Off-Ice Strength & Conditioning with SHIELD PERFORMANCE ● Includes jersey, apparel, lunch on Friday & daily snacks
